The Dallas Cowboys and Washington Commanders won’t be playing on national TV, but you can stream it.
WASHINGTON D.C., DC — The Dallas Cowboys face the Washington Commanders in or just outside of the nation’s capital, on Christmas Day, in a matchup that’s lacking the excitement of other games on the schedule today.
The game doesn’t hold much significance for the Cowboys. This marks the sixth time in the Dallas franchise history that the team has played on Christmas Day. Also, outside of the norm is where the game will be airing.
The Cowboys will play the Commanders at noon CT on Netflix. If you have a Netflix subscription, the game is free to watch on the streaming app.
The Cowboys have a losing record at 6-8-1 and will miss the playoffs for the second year in a row. The Commanders will also miss the playoffs with a record of 4-11.
It’s likely not the exciting matchup Netflix had in mind when it put the NFC East matchup on the schedule.
Earlier this year, the Cowboys played the Detroit Lions on the first Amazon Prime game of the season, WFAA previously reported.
