Whiskey Riot returns to San Antonio with 200+ whiskey varieties in May

The event runs from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on May 17, although guests with early admission can enter at 3 p.m.

SAN ANTONIO — Whiskey lovers rejoice! America’s largest traveling whiskey festival is returning to San Antonio for the second year in a row.

Whiskey Riot brings a long list of whiskey brands for one night in May plus an “immersive experience unlike anything else in town.”

The event will take place on Saturday, May 17, 2025, attendees will be able to try more than 200 whiskies from local, regional, national and international brands.

General admission tickets are $90 when purchased individually. This includes samples of 200+ types of whiskey, an official Whiskey Riot tasting glass to take home and whiskey cocktails from various brands.

General admission 4-packs tickets are $75 per individual ticket when purchased on a group of 4. You get everything you would get by buying individually.

Early entry admission tickets are $120. This includes exclusive uncrowded tasting hour ahead of general Whiskey Riot start time and premium access to every whiskey brand and cocktail bar, samples of 200+ types of whiskey, special access to select limited edition and rare whiskies that will not be available during the general admission time and an official Whiskey Riot tasting glass to take home.
