
GREEN BAY, Wis. — The Houston Texans selected Iowa State wide receiver Jayden Higgins with the second pick in the second round of the NFL Draft on Friday.
Higgins is 6 foot, 4 inches tall and weighs about 215 pounds. He spent two seasons with the Cyclones and caught 15 touchdowns. According to reports, he had a strong showing at the NFL Combine.
The Texans then moved up in the second round to take Minnesota offensive lineman Aireontae Ersery.
