SAN ANTONIO — A woman was taken into custody after she allegedly told neighbors she killed her husband, according to the Universal City Police Department. Constance Faith Seinwill, 61, was charged with murder.

The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office says a blast at the county courthouse came from “an intentionally set” explosive device.
