Detectives are taking statements from witnesses at the scene and say at least three people were involved in the shooting that left a woman dead in San Antonio.
SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Fire Department confirmed a woman is dead after a shooting on the northeast side.
Around 8 p.m., officials responded to the 2500 block of Northeast Loop 410 after receiving reports of a shooting.
Preliminary information from SAFD suggests a woman was found with several gunshot wounds when EMS arrived.
Despite life-saving measures, SAFD says the woman was pronounced dead on the scene.
There have been no reports of a an arrest or suspect in this case, but detectives are taking statements from witnesses on the scene and say at least three individuals seem to be involved in the fatal shooting.
This is an ongoing investigation.
