Officials confirmed that a woman was found dead on the scene and a 21-year-old man was hospitalized with a broken leg.
SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Police Department confirmed that a woman is dead and a man has been hospitalized after a three-vehicle crash on South Loop 410.
Around 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, SAFD responded to the intersection of South Loop 410 and South Presa after receiving reports of a crash.
SAPD said preliminary reports show a vehicle was stopped at the intersection with another stopped behind it. A third sedan-type vehicle came speeding in and struck both vehicles.
Officials confirmed that a woman was found dead on the scene and a 21-year-old man was hospitalized with a broken leg.
The man driving the sedan-type vehicle is being investigated as police believe he may be intoxicated.
