Police say the woman who found him told officers she stays at his house “off and on.”
SAN ANTONIO — A female friend found a man dead inside his home from a gunshot wound to his head, police say.
San Antonio police responded to the 1600 block of Chihuahua Street just after 4 a.m. Monday for reports of a shooting.
When officers arrived at the home, they found the victim with a gunshot wound to his head.
Police say the woman who found him called police after she walked into the home and found her friend on the ground with “red stuff around him.” Officers say the woman told them she stays at the home “off and on.”
Police don’t have much to go on at this point but did say that two other people who live in a house behind the home are being detained to speak to homicide detectives.
