SAN ANTONIO — A young woman is fighting for her life after she was found by police in her vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds, including one to her face.
Police responded around 1:30 a.m. in the 4100 block of Desert View Drive near Perrin Beitel on the northeast side of town for reports of shots fired.
When officers arrived, they found a young woman inside a crashed vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds, including one to her face. Police found shell casings on the ground not far from the crashed vehicle.
Police do not have any information on a suspect at this time.
The victim was taken to BAMC in critical condition.
