Dennis Sidas Gutierrez is accused of kicking an Ector County Independent School District police officer in the right leg while officers were attempting to arrest her.
According to previous reports, Gutierrez is also accused of “refusing to leave the campus” after being asked to do so.
Police say that Gutierrez was “irate” during the program.
