
A woman was tragically killed in a train accident in Uvalde County. Authorities are investigating with U.S. Border Patrol.
UVALDE COUNTY, Texas — The Uvalde County Sheriff’s Office says a woman was killed in a train accident Friday morning.
The department posted on Facebook that the victim was pronounced dead at the scene, but did not give any other details about what led up to the accident.
The UCSO is working closely with U.S. Border Patrol agents to conduct an investigation. The woman killed has not been identified by authorities.
“The Uvalde County Sheriff’s Office respectfully requests that the public keep the victim and her family in their thoughts and prayers. Additional information will be released as it becomes available,” the department wrote on Facebook Friday.
