She was arrested in March 2023.

SAN ANTONIO — A woman was sentenced Tuesday in a San Antonio federal court for sexually exploiting a young child, according to a press release from the Department of Justice.

35-year-old Veronica Solis from Indiana produced child sexual abuse material in August and September of 2019 with co-defendant Gerald Brann, prosecutors said.

According to investigators, Solis and Brann sexually assaulted a 6-year-old victim, recorded the assaults on their phones and shared the video.

They two were arrested in March 2023.

Solis plead guilty in December 2023. She was sentenced to 25 years in a federal prison.

Brann was previously sentenced to 30 years.

According to the press release, the FBI’s San Antonio and Indianapolis divisions investigated the case with assistance from the Indiana State Police.
