Police say the woman is not cooperating with officers in providing further information on the incident.
SAN ANTONIO — Police say a woman was shot by her friend after they got into an argument inside her car.
It happened on the east side of San Antonio on Bee Street around 2 a.m. Sunday morning.
The woman told officers she was riding around her car with a friend when they started fighting and the friend shot her in the thigh. She told police she got out of the car to go for help and the suspect took off in her vehicle.
Police say the woman is being uncooperative and not providing Information on her friend.
The woman was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
Police are currently searching for the friend and the vehicle. No other injuries were reported.
