SAN ANTONIO — A woman’s body was found inside an apartment building on San Antonio’s northeast side late Friday morning, according to San Antonio police.
The discovery was made at an apartment in the 5100 block of Eisenhauer Road.
Nearby, in the 7200 block of Montgomery, a man has been detained for questioning, an SAPD sergeant at the scene said.
