Authorities searching for autistic missing teen

Police reportedly found his bike’s tire tracks along railroad tracks behind Retama Springs in Selma. His father and police are searching for him in that area.

SELMA, Texas — The Live Oak Police Department confirmed that they are searching for 17-year-old Aiden Heidenreich.

The family said Aiden hasn’t been seen since 5 a.m. Friday morning. He was last seen on a neon orange BMX bike wearing a grey jacket, maroon/red backpack, blue jeans and black converse.

Aiden reportedly is missing fingertips on his right hand and usually keeps his right hand in his pocket. He is 5’9″, weighs approximately 137 pounds, has brown eyes and brown hair with a short/military style haircut. 

Aiden is autistic and has Asperger’s.
