SAN ANTONIO — A Silver Alert has been issued for a 74-year-old man with a cognitive impairment.
Arthur Martinez was last seen at 2:40 p.m. Thursday afternoon in the 100 block of Northill Drive. Officials believe that Martinez’s disappearance poses a threat to his safety. He was wearing blue jeans and gray slippers. He is 5’11” and has gray hair, brown eyes and a full white beard and mustache.
