The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is seeking public help to locate Connor Hernandez, who vanished after leaving a San Antonio hospital Thursday.
SAN ANTONIO — The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man who hasn’t been seen since he was discharged from Mission Trails Baptist Hospital in south San Antonio on Thursday.
Connor Hernandez, 28, was wearing a black-and-red skirt, a black shirt, black compression sleeves and black socks when he was last seen at the hospital, located at 3333 Research Plaza near Brooks City Base. BCSO says he’s believed to have a phone, but it’s off.
Hernandez stands 6 feet, 1 inch tall and weighs about 220 pounds, the agency said. He has brown eyes and brown hair.
