BCSO searching for missing 14-year-old girl last seen on northwest side

The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is searching for 14-year-old Giana Rivera, who was last seen early Wednesday morning on San Antonio’s northwest side.

SAN ANTONIO — The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 14-year-old girl last seen on San Antonio’s Northwest Side.

According to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, Giana Rivera was last seen around 3 a.m. Wednesday leaving a residence in the 7100 block of Sidbury Circle.

Rivera is described as a female who is 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighs about 110 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

Investigators say she was last seen wearing a black crop top, black Nike jogger pants and carrying a small black mini backpack.

Authorities are urging anyone with information about Rivera’s whereabouts to contact law enforcement immediately.

The sheriff’s office also reminded the public that anyone found harboring or concealing a missing juvenile could face criminal charges.
