It’s unknown what started the standoff. Authorities are asking neighbors to stay indoors.

SAN ANTONIO — Bexar County authorities responded to an ongoing standoff on the far north side involving a barricaded person who officials say has fired at deputies, though no injuries have been reported.

The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) is asking neighbors who live along the 6200 block of Waldon Walk, in the area of East Evans and Hanging Oak, to “stay indoors until we have deemed the area safe.”
