BEXAR COUNTY, Texas — The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is on the hunt for a wanted sex offender, who is accused of violating registration requirements.
According to BCSO, Daniel Hernandez, 37, has the duty to report to authorities for his remaining lifetime due to a charge of rape in the third degree and possessing a sexual performance by a child.
Authorities said Hernandez last attempted to register in December of 2025 but did not have a valid ID at the time, which the requirement specifies, and has not made an attempt to register again.
His last known address was in San Antonio in the 6800 block of Stockport. He is described as being 5-foot-7 and weighs about 167 pounds. Attempts to locate him have been unsuccessful.
