
San Antonio Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for tips leading to the arrest of a man accused of robbing a convenience store employee at gunpoint.
SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information leading to the arrest of a man accused of robbing a convenience store employee at gunpoint on the city’s west side.
According to Crime Stoppers, the robbery happened around 11 p.m. on May 18 at Daniel’s Food Mart on Castroville Road.
Investigators say the suspect entered the store, pointed a handgun at the woman working the cash register and demanded money. After obtaining cash from the register, the man fled the scene.
Crime Stoppers has released surveillance images of the suspect in hopes that someone will recognize him. Authorities say he was wearing a beanie, black jacket, white T-shirt and dark jeans at the time of the robbery.
