Officials report 15 Fiesta-related arrests and 114 DWIs during this year’s celebration period.
SAN ANTONIO — As Fiesta wrapped up in San Antonio, new numbers are giving a snapshot of how the celebration played out from a law enforcement perspective.
Authorities say there were 15 Fiesta-related arrests between April 16 and April 26, a slight increase compared to 14 in 2025 and 10 in 2024.
During that same time period, officers made 114 DWI arrests. Officials note those cases cannot be directly tied to Fiesta events, only that they occurred during the same dates.
Compared to previous years, DWI arrests dropped from 141 during Fiesta 2025 and matched 2024 totals at 114.
The numbers suggest a steady trend in alcohol-related arrests during the city’s biggest celebration, even as overall Fiesta-related arrests tick up slightly.
Officials continue to remind the public to celebrate responsibly and plan ahead for a safe ride home.
