Five things to watch: Spurs versus Heat

SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Spurs (10-40) will visit the Miami Heat (27-24) tonight. This will be the first game of the team’s annual Rodeo Trip. San Antonio is also on a four-game losing skid.

GAME REWIND

The Spurs are coming off a home loss versus the Cavaliers, 117-101.

Victor Wembanyama recorded 19 points and 14 rebounds. Jeremy Sochan had two points and nine rebounds. Cedi Osman added seven points off the bench. Devin Vassell recorded 22 points in the loss. Tre Jones added seven points and eight assists.

“We fought through. We continue to grow as a team, continue to stay together, and have each other’s back. This is definitely character-building for us,” Johnson said. “It’s never going to be easy on nights like this when you don’t have the energy, and you got to find a way to get it done. You learn and grow, and now we’re going to continue to find a way to get it done.”
