Is this the most Spurs-themed home in San Antonio?

Boerne resident has decorated Spurs home.

SAN ANTONIO — “I’m an addict,” jokes Spurs super fan Diana Munoz. “We are superfans.”

Looking around Diana’s living room, bedroom and gym room, you wouldn’t dispute it.

Everywhere you see: Signs and monuments and decorations pointing to the heritage of the Silver & Black. It’s the result of 40 years of finding new spots for every Spurs-themed item the family can get its hands on.

“Birthday gifts, Mother’s Day gifts and Christmas gifts,” she said. “My entire family contributes to the addiction. It is phenomenal!”

We’re talking hats! Posters! Jewelry! Christmas ornaments, stuffed animals, knick knacks… even the bathroom essentials are Spurs-themed.

“I absolutely love my house,” Munoz said. “This is my spot. We all love our Spurs. Everyone in my family knows that I love the Spurs, so when they join me they know it is going to be a screaming night of supporting the Spurs.”

And maybe the most unique item she has in her living room whose importance is evidenced in how she uses it: Her Spurs stress broom.

“Right now we are in the playoffs and this broom has seen lots,” she said. “It is all taped and glued together. It’s got bends and is missing lots of the bristles.”

What does she use the broom for? Of course, putting a hex on the other team by swiping it towards the TV while their opponents are shooting.

“Sometimes it works,” she says. “Sometimes it does not.”

Munoz says she’s not done collecting and adding decor, even though she may be starting to run out of space.

“I may run out of space and at that time I may have to eliminate another collection to expand on (my Spurs) collection,” she said. “I just love everything. I don’t think there’s one particular piece that I love more than the other. I just love it all!”

She did tell us the two pieces of decor she’s missing that she’d really love to have would be a Spurs phone case and her own Victor Wembanyama jersey.
