SAN ANTONIO — A man was struck and killed by an 18-wheeler after jumping over the median on Interstate 35 Friday morning, according to the San Antonio Police Department.
Officers were called to I-35 near Southcross Boulevard and West Harlan around 4:30 a.m., for reports of a motor vehicle accident involving a pedestrian.
Police say a man in his 30’s jumped over the center median onto the main northbound lanes of I-35 when he was hit and killed by an 18-wheeler.
SAPD did not state if any charges are expected.
