SAN ANTONIO — A man was hospitalized early Wednesday morning after a stabbing during an argument on San Antonio’s north side, according to the San Antonio Police Department.
Police said the incident happened around 3:45 a.m. in the 12300 block of Blanco Road.
According to SAPD, a couple in their 30s was spending time with a friend when an argument broke out between the man and woman.
Investigators said the woman allegedly attacked her boyfriend with a knife, stabbing him in the shoulder.
The victim was taken to University Hospital and was listed in stable condition, according to SAPD.
Police said the woman fled the scene with the friend before officers arrived.
The investigation remains ongoing.
