SAN ANTONIO — Newborn babies are celebrating their first Fiesta in style in San Antonio!

Methodist Hospital officials said they are marking the 135th Fiesta with cute babies dressed as colorful cascarones – a beloved and iconic symbol of San Antonio’s Fiesta season.

“As Fiesta brings generations together across the city, Methodist Healthcare is proud to care for families during one of life’s most unforgettable milestones and to welcome the newest members of the San Antonio community during its most cherished celebration,” the hospital said in a press release.

Officials said the babies were swaddled and placed inside bright egg displays with vibrant decorations, traditional serape blankets, and classic Fiesta accents in the background.
