A man and woman were arrested Wednesday on a charge of injury to a child, according to Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar.
Deputies will walk the suspects to the jail around 3:45 p.m. You can watch a livestream in this article.
Salazar said the couple was arrested earlier on Wednesday on charges that stem from injuries to a 4-month-old baby.
