
A fire that appears to have started in an RV spread to a nearby house in northwest San Antonio, causing about $75,000 in damage, according to officials.
SAN ANTONIO — A fire that appeared to start in an RV spread to a nearby home on San Antonio’s northwest side Wednesday night, according to the San Antonio Fire Department.
Firefighters were called around 9 p.m. to Donore Square off Fredericksburg Road, where crews arrived to find heavy flames and smoke coming from the property.
According to fire officials, the fire appeared to have started in an RV parked next to the home before spreading to the house.
Officials said everyone inside made it out safely and no injuries were reported.
The fire caused an estimated $75,000 in damage to the home, firefighters said.
SAFD said fire investigators were called to the scene to determine what caused the fire. The investigation remains ongoing.
