SAPD: Man charged with selling $100K in stolen taillights, firearms and other property recovered

Roy Diaz faces theft charges after San Antonio Police say he was caught selling stolen taillights and other illicitly acquired property.

SAN ANTONIO — A man was arrested in connection to selling stolen taillights and other property, according to the San Antonio Police Department. 

Police said they arrested 36-year-old Roy Diaz, who is facing charges of theft after being caught selling stolen taillights. 

Authorities recovered multiple stolen truck taillights valued over $100,000, over 20 firearms and property worth over $125,000 that was acquired through illegal sales. SAPD also recovered a vehicle valued at $75,000.
