District 10 Councilman Clayton Perry has pretrial conferences scheduled Tuesday morning in Bexar County Court at law 12 for both charges stemming from the Nov. 6 crash: DWI and failure to stop and give information.
It’s already controversial among lawmakers.
Two people who police say were fighting after a car burglary ended up in traffic and were hit by a car. They say the 39-year old man, who was not hurt, was trying to stop a woman, 64, from breaking into his car. She was injured in the crash.
