The Texans haven’t seen a playoff game since 2019, and now, thanks to rookie Coach DeMeco Ryans, rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud and the rest of the team, the Texans are just two wins away from the Super Bowl.
Saturday’s playoff win against the Browns garnered great reaction from fans, city leaders and former Texans legend JJ Watt.
“So damn happy,” said Watt. “Houston, you deserve this.”

Houston Police Department Chief Troy Finner was so happy about the Texans’ win that he said all Houston police officers are allowed to wear Texans ball caps through the Super Bowl.
Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo even showed her excitement after the win.
Former football player Michael Irvin showed C.J. Stroud some love saying, “Houston, we have a problem!”

The rest of the AFC is on notice. Dealing with this new Texans era is going to be a problem, starting right now.

The Texans imploded, were the laughing stock of the league, rebuilt, found an elite HC & QB, won the division and won a playoff game quicker than the team that took all their picks could win a single playoff game or get a home playoff game

Waiting for Stroud to go to Pat McAffee’s show and remind him how they said no one thought the Texans would win 🤭
