SAN ANTONIO — A woman was injured after an attempted robbery near the Alamo early Saturday morning, San Antonio authorities said.
Police were called to the 100 block of Losoya Street around 1:20 a.m.
According to an incident report, a 27-year-old man asked a 34-year-old woman if he could charge his phone in her vehicle.
Police said, during this time the man and woman got into a heated argument and the man grabbed the keys from the woman and threw them in an unknown location. The man then took the woman’s purse and other keys. The woman was able to retrieve her items but sustained minor cuts and bruises in the struggle.
According to SAPD, the man was apprehended and booked for a robbery charge.
