Police are investigating after an elderly woman was taken to the hospital following a reported incident.
SAN ANTONIO — Police are investigating a reported cutting Tuesday morning just north of downtown San Antonio.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, officers were called around 8:15 a.m. to the 200 block of West Lullwood Avenue near West Hildebrand Avenue.
Authorities say an elderly couple lives at the home. A woman was taken to the hospital by EMS.
Witnesses reported seeing a blood-stained stretcher as crews transported the woman.
Police have not released details about her condition or what led up to the incident.
Officers remain at the scene as the investigation continues.
