The woman was found fatally shot in the garage and the man was taken to the hospital with multiple gunshot wounds.
SAN ANTONIO — Police are searching for a suspect who shot and killed a woman and critically wounded a man at a south east side home early Wednesday morning.
San Antonio Police responded to the 5600 block of Espada Cliff, not far from Sinclair Road, around 1:30 a.m. for reports of a shooting.
When officers arrived at the home, they found a female victim dead in the garage and a man in his 30s with a gunshot wound to his chest and two more in his arm. He was taken to BAMC in critical condition.
Police found the bullet casings in the yard and believe the suspect ran off following the shooting.
No information was provided on the suspect. Homicide detectives are investigating.
