SAN ANTONIO — A 13-year-old was struck during a drive-by while inside a living room on the northwest side Thursday morning, according to San Antonio Police.
The incident took place on N. Calaveras near Woodlawn Lake around 6:30 a.m. Thursday.
Officials say when they arrived on scene found the teen with a gunshot wound in the back.
The teen was in the front living room of the home when a car drove by and started shooting, according to police. Officials say the car fired multiple shots at the house and the teen was struck once.
The teen was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
Police did not release a description of the vehicle at this time.
