Two people were found dead on the scene of a single-vehicle accident that stifled traffic on the west side, SAFD says.
SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Fire Department has confirmed two people are dead after a single-vehicle accident on the west side.
Just before 3 p.m. Wednesday, officials responded to Southwest Loop 410 and Valley Hi Drive after receiving reports of a crash.
Preliminary reports from SAFD suggests two people were found dead on the scene after a single-vehicle was involved in the crash.
This is an ongoing investigation.
