SAN ANTONIO — BCSO is looking for a 25-year-old man accused of assaulting his ex-partner Sunday.
Julian Henry Martinez Jr. has two active warrants for assault of a family member, impeding breathing and terroristic threat of family member. Martinez is awaiting trial for stalking, continuous violence against the family and unlawful restraint.
Martinez is currently on federal probation and has a GPS ankle monitor. However, officials say he has violated his probation by removing his GPS monitor, concealing where he is from law enforcement.
Martinez is possibly in a gray Buick, a gray Mustang or a black Fiat with front end damage. He is 6’1″ and has brown hair and brown eyes.
