SAN ANTONIO — A family disturbance on San Antonio’s northwest side turned violent Friday morning when one brother allegedly stabbed another, according to police.
The San Antonio Police Department says officers were called around 6:30 a.m. to the 5100 block of Grovehill Drive near Benrus Avenue.
Investigators say the incident escalated into a stabbing involving two brothers.
Police confirmed the victim suffered life-threatening injuries and was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
Details about what sparked the altercation have not been released.
Authorities have not yet said whether the suspect was taken into custody.
