SAN ANTONIO — Multiple local law enforcement agencies, including Texas DPS, the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office and the Atascosa Sheriff’s Office, helped arrest three suspects after an aggravated robbery on Tuesday morning.

A man was shot in the face after entering a home on the far northeast side of town early Wednesday morning, police say. San Antonio Police responded to the 2500 block of Indian Forest near Binz Engleman Road around 2:12 a.m. for reports of a disturbance call.
