SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio fire and police departments responded to the scene of a very heavy fire at an abandoned Sonic on the south side Thursday evening.
Around 7:12 p.m., officials responded to the intersection of Southeast Military and Lorita drives after receiving reports of a structure fire at a restaurant.
Preliminary information from SAFD suggests the fire was at one point “very active,” with flames coming from an abandoned Sonic.
