SAN ANTONIO — A possible car theft suspect walked into a neighborhood hospital with gunshot wounds, then collapsed, according to police. San Antonio Police responded to the 6900 block of Caribou Creek near Gibbs Sprawl Road around 3:30 a.m. Tuesday for reports of a shooting.

A man was brutally attacked with a machete on the west side of town after police say the suspect found him with his wife.
