SAN ANTONIO – The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments on Wednesday morning in the case of SB 4, the controversial immigration law that would allow state police to arrest migrants.

The enforcement remains on hold after a whirl of legal action in March that included the Supreme Court allowing it to take effect while sending it back to an appellate court for further review.
The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals has put the law known as Senate Bill 4 back on hold.
