SAN ANTONIO — A woman was found dead from apparent gunshot wounds Monday afternoon inside a home on San Antonio’s northwest side, authorities said.

According to the San Antonio Police Department, officers were called around 12:56 p.m. to the 1000 block of Donaldson Avenue after a homeowner received a call from a family member reporting that someone had been shot.
