Authorities say Joseph Lockart told family he was heading home but never arrived.
SAN ANTONIO — A search is underway for a missing man in Bexar County, and deputies are asking for the public’s help.
According to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, 51-year-old Joseph Michael Lockart was last seen around 3 p.m. leaving his home in the 12000 block of Legend Trail.
Investigators say Lockart later sent a text message to his wife just before 7 p.m., saying he would be home soon — but he never returned.
Lockart is described as about 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing around 220 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Authorities say he was last seen wearing black dress pants, sandals and a white tank top. He may also have a pair of dress shoes and a gray striped dress shirt with him.
Deputies are urging anyone who may have seen Lockart or knows where he could be to come forward.
