SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio Police say they have made a third arrest in the murders of Savanah Soto and Matthew Guerra.
Soto’s body was found alongside her boyfriend, 22-year-old Matthew Guerra, in a car parked at an apartment complex the day after Christmas. According to police, they were both shot to death. Savanah was nine months pregnant with a little boy who they named Fabian.
A father and son were arrested last Wednesday and are now facing charges in their deaths, according to police. 19-year-old Christopher Preciado is charged with capital murder as well as charges related to allegations he attempted to hide the bodies.
Wednesday, San Antonio Police said they had a third suspect in custody. Officials with the department planned to give details of the arrest in a news conference at 1:30 p.m.
