Officers say no injuries were reported after a shooting call near Lamar Street.
SAN ANTONIO — Police are investigating after a vehicle was struck by gunfire Saturday afternoon near downtown San Antonio.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, officers were called around 2:29 p.m. to the 100 block of Lamar Street for a reported shooting in progress.
When officers arrived, they found a vehicle that had been hit by gunfire.
Authorities say no injuries were reported at the scene.
No suspect information has been released, and investigators have not said what led up to the shooting.
The case remains under active investigation.
