SAN ANTONIO – A person was hospitalized Tuesday morning after their car veered off Highway 90 and fell onto train tracks below.
The crash happened around 8:30 a.m. at Highway 90 and General Hudnell on the West Side. The ramp to General Hudnell Drive from Highway 90 is closed at this time.

The San Antonio Fire Department said one person was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
