Authorities did not say what caused the collision.
SAN ANTONIO — Three people were hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash along the west side of the county Friday morning.
The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office responded to a crash along the 2000 block of Talley Road around 11:40 a.m.
Authorities said an 18-wheeler and gray sedan were involved in the crash and three people were taken to the hospital, including one in critical condition.
It is unknown what caused the crash. BCSO is investigating.
