Police say the girl has a diagnosed medical condition and is asking for the public’s assistance in locating her.
SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing girl who was last seen on May 31, 2026.
According to police, the missing person was identified as Charlotte Natalie Raleigh Lemus. She is approximately 5 feet tall, weighs 110 pounds and has brown eyes and brown, curly hair that extends to the middle of her back. She is right-handed and has a diagnosed medical condition.
Authorities said she was last seen in the 2800 block of East Houston Street. At the time, she was wearing a black shirt featuring a face on the front, baggy brown sweatpants and white Crocs.
