Investigators are currently looking for a black SUV that is believed to be connected to the shooting.
SAN ANTONIO — A man is dead following a shooting at an east-side apartment complex Thursday evening, San Antonio police said.
Officers were called to the 4800 block of Lord Road around 7:50 p.m. for a shooting in progress at the Stella Apartments.
Shortly after arriving, police found a man on the ground who was fatally shot in the breezeway, according to a sergeant on scene. The victim is believed to be in his late teens, early 20s.
Investigators are currently looking for a black SUV that they believe the suspect fled in.
Authorities said there is no threat to the community. This is an ongoing investigation.
